We want the investing partner to provide capital in exchange for an annual return of 20%. The required investment amount is from 200,000 to 600,000 Saudi Riyals. The investment and exit period is two years, extendable with the agreement of both parties. The company is based in Jeddah. The guarantees provided are an investment partnership contract, and we can discuss a promissory note issued by the company if the financing partner wishes.
