Two said it's loose lifters or rocker arms that need tightening. One said it's a loose valve that needs tightening. The truth is with God. They all agreed that it's safe to use and there's no need to disassemble it for the sound, as it's minor. The middle muffler has a dent and is welded, and it makes a rattling sound. Interior trim has some issues (which I consider normal for a government vehicle). There are some rust spots underneath the car. The front passenger-side fog light has cuts and has been stitched.
