An accountant is required to manage and follow up on financial and accounting operations for a commercial establishment with an e-commerce store and multiple operational projects. Applications are open to all nationalities, provided they have practical experience and meet all conditions. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting. - Practical experience and full proficiency in Qoyod accounting software. - Practical experience in managing Salla store accounts. - Follow up on sales, payments, reconciliations, returns, and commissions. - Reconcile Salla and payment gateway accounts with bank accounts and Qoyod software. - Experience in Value Added Tax (VAT) and electronic invoicing. - Proficiency in preparing financial reports and calculating project costs. - Recording and reviewing revenues, expenses, and journal entries. - Follow up on sales, purchases, suppliers, customers, and collections. - Issuing and reviewing electronic and tax invoices. - Follow up on cash advances and expenses for sites and employees. - Preparing salaries, entitlements, and deductions. - Follow up on purchase orders, contracts, and project payments. - Calculating import, shipping, and customs costs. - Follow up on inventory and warehouses and conduct stocktaking. - Preparing profit and loss, liquidity, and receivables reports. Honesty, accuracy, and full-time commitment are required. Readiness for field work and travel as needed. Work location: Riyadh and Al-Ahsa. Full-time, 8 hours per day. One day off per week. 90-day probation period as per employment contract and labor law. After passing the probation period and upon mutual agreement, the employee will be confirmed and granted additional benefits. Salary: 2300 to 3000 SAR per month, depending on experience, competence, and proficiency in Qoyod software and Salla platform.
