I assist establishments in four main areas: Financial System Building and Development • Designing the chart of accounts, cost centers, and analytical accounts. • Organizing the documentary cycle, financial policies, and procedures. • Establishing authorities, approvals, and internal control procedures. • Preparing a clear system for monthly closing and periodic reports. • Organizing the link between sales, purchases, inventory, accounts, and banks. • Training the accounts team, distributing tasks, and monitoring work quality. Cost Accounting and Profitability Measurement • Building a cost system by product, branch, project, or activity. • Accurately calculating actual cost and cost of sales. • Analyzing costs of materials, labor, and direct and indirect expenses. • Comparing actual cost with standard cost and analyzing variances. • Analyzing waste, loss, and increases in procurement and operating costs. • Determining profit margin, break-even point, and contribution for each product, branch, or project. • Supporting management in pricing, improving profitability, and reducing costs.
