During my experience managing an e-commerce store on the Salla platform, my role was not limited to just adding products, but I handled the customer journey from the beginning to post-purchase. I was responsible for: * Managing products and updating their data on the store. * Following up on orders and communicating with customers via WhatsApp. * Following up with the customer after purchase and requesting reviews. * Preparing advertising designs for products using Canva and AI. * Managing and publishing content daily on social media accounts. * Contributing to reaching new customers and marketing the store. This experience gave me practical knowledge in e-commerce, customer service, digital marketing, and content management. Most importantly, it taught me how to handle multiple aspects of work and take responsibility for tasks from beginning to end. I am currently looking for a job opportunity where I can develop my expertise and offer my skills, whether in e-commerce store management, customer service, digital marketing, social media account management, or a related field.
