Tasks and Responsibilities: * Designing and arranging bouquets and floral arrangements at a professional level. * Handling different types of natural and imported flowers and knowing the characteristics of each type. * Selecting and coordinating colors, sizes, and shapes in a harmonious and attractive way. * Preparing customer orders and special occasion bouquets. * Maintaining the quality and freshness of flowers and handling them correctly from receipt to delivery. * Knowing methods of cutting, treating, and preserving flowers to extend their lifespan. * Contributing to the development of new and distinctive designs and ideas for the store. * Ability to work with large quantities of flowers and prepare wholesale orders. * Maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the workspace and tools. * Assisting in training the team on the basics of floral arrangement and care. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during peak seasons and holidays. Requirements: * Previous experience in floral arrangement and design. * A mandatory portfolio showcasing previous designs. * Good knowledge of natural flowers and how to care for them. * Artistic taste and creativity in coordinating colors and materials. * Speed and accuracy in fulfilling orders. * Ability to work within a team. * Commitment, seriousness, and good interpersonal skills.
