Manufacturing of a 54 cubic meter tipper hopper: Basic Structure: - The basic structure is made of Korean-made Hyundai IPM 400*200*10.50 m beams, with a 10 mm steel plate for the kingpin. - The hopper sides are shaped like ( ) and made of 3 mm thick steel plate, reinforced with strong beams inside and out on the outer frame made of UPN 140. The floor is made of 4 mm thick steel plate, including the partitions. The front is made of 6 mm thick steel plate. Axles and Tires: - Axles: 3*12 ton VARAN - High-performance axles. - Tires: 385/22.5 Primewell, Al-Buaijan agency. - Rims size: 385/22.5, Chinese made. Brake System: - Three-line "MAN" system of European type, equipped with an air release valve. - Air tanks: 2 units, 60 liters capacity each (Wabco Germany). Electrical System: - Hella (Germany) made, according to international and local traffic regulations, 24 volts. The trailer is equipped with LED side and rear lights (laser). Kingpin and Landing Gear: - Kingpin: 2-inch JOST (Germany) made. - High-performance, two-speed manual landing gear of JOST type with sliding feature. Ram: - Turkish made, large and medium sizes depending on the fleet owner's request. Accessories: - Strong steel rear bumper. - Side fenders with rubber mud flaps. - 1 spare tire carrier (spare basket). - 1 toolbox installed. - Plastic fire extinguisher - Reflective safety stickers on the rear bumper. - Safety barriers installed with safety reflectors, compliant with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO), with a certificate for the barriers provided. - The company name will be written on the rear bumper of the trailer. Paint: - The metal will be completely sanded after manufacturing, then coated with a high-quality primer, and then painted in the desired color (upon request). - Delivery: According to the quantity ordered.
