A partner is required to open a distinguished and strong business, God willing. The partner should contribute financially with a 50/50 share. Or, the partner can contribute half the capital, with the idea owner, executor, and founder taking the other half, and the shares would be 70/30. The full amount will be refunded if the partner wishes to cancel the partnership.
