We are seeking a professional and operational partner specializing in carpentry and decor, with the aim of establishing and developing a specialized execution arm for the events and exhibitions sector, working on current and future projects. We have projects and job opportunities in the events sector, in addition to a management team that is capable – God willing – of managing projects, clients, designs, coordination, and business development. We are looking for a partner with technical and execution expertise in carpentry who will handle production, execution, and technical supervision. Targeted areas of work include: * Execution of Exhibition Booths * Execution of Stages & Platforms * Execution of Reception Counters * Execution of Backdrops & Feature Walls * Execution of Event Gates and Entrances * Execution of Photo Booth areas and setups * Execution of interactive zones and event games * MDF, wood, and custom decor work * Execution of Display Stands * Execution of models and decorative elements * Outfitting exhibitions, conferences, and launch parties * Execution of temporary and permanent event decorations * Finishing work, paints, coverings, acrylic, and elements integrated with carpentry * Installation, dismantling, and setup of projects at event sites * And other works related to the exhibitions and events sector according to the design and requirements of each project. We are looking for a partner who has: Actual experience in carpentry and execution, preferably with an existing workshop or a clear ability to establish and manage a production workshop, with knowledge of materials, pricing, production, and management of workers and technicians, and a commitment to quality and delivery times. We are seeking a long-term partnership, not a contractor or supplier relationship for a single project, where each party has a clear role: Project Management – Clients – Design – Business Development – Sales from our side, and Production – Carpentry – Execution – Technical Supervision from the partner's side, with the possibility of building and expanding a specialized team and workshop to serve future exhibitions and events projects. Preference will be given to those with previous experience in exhibitions, booths, stages, commercial decorations, or event projects, and who have previous work samples that can be shared.
