About Me:
A professional specialist in the coffee and operations sector, with over a decade of creativity and excellence in managing and developing coffee shops and leading brands. My career began in Egypt, where I had the honor of working with top international brands such as "Costa Coffee" and "Starbucks", among others, gaining solid foundations in operations management and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
I currently reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦, where I have spent the last 5 years leading operations and business development at "1K COFFEE". One of the highlights of my career here was our success in overcoming the challenges of the Corona pandemic; thanks to God and the team's solidarity, we were the only company that continued to operate at full capacity and operational strength during that exceptional period.
Throughout my career in the Kingdom, I have also had the honor of working and leaving a positive mark on a number of prominent companies and names in the sector, such as "Coffee Sequence" and "BARNIES Cafe".
I believe that the coffee sector is not just a product, but an integrated experience that requires passion, precise operational vision, and a high ability to innovate and adapt to changes. I always look forward to building new partnerships and sharing expertise with talented individuals in this promising field.
