Ad Type: Looking for employee An industrial company in the Eastern Province announces a job vacancy titled: Production Supervisor – Trailer Manufacturing Tasks and Responsibilities: Daily supervision of trailer production and manufacturing lines. Preparation and follow-up of the daily and weekly production plan. Distribution of tasks to welders and technicians and monitoring the completion level. Monitoring manufacturing stages: cutting, preparation, assembly, welding, axle and suspension installation, painting, and final finishing. Ensuring adherence to technical drawings and specifications. Monitoring manufacturing quality, welds, and dimensions. Tracking raw materials, reducing waste, and rework. Monitoring worker productivity and improving the efficiency of the production team. Coordinating with procurement, inventory, and quality departments to ensure production continuity. Ensuring adherence to safety procedures within the factory. Submitting production, achievement, and delay reports to management. Required Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in trailer manufacturing or metal structures and equipment. Appropriate engineering or technical qualification. Experience in managing production teams, welders, and technicians. Good knowledge of MIG welding processes, metal structure manufacturing, cutting, assembly, and painting. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Strong skills in planning, time management, problem-solving, and quality control. Proficiency in computer use and preparing production reports.
