Tasks and Responsibilities: - Bringing in operations and delivery contracts with parcels, shipping, and e-commerce companies. - Communicating and negotiating with delivery and parcels companies and logistics applications. - Building strong relationships with decision-makers, operations managers, and contracting parties. - Recruiting delivery representatives and providing the required number according to the needs of each contract. - Managing and recruiting representatives and preparing them to start operations. - Following up on contract operations and ensuring the regularity of work and achievement of targets. - Monitoring the performance of representatives and resolving operational issues that may affect the contract. - Coordinating between the foundation and the client to ensure continuity of operations and quality of service. - Following up on contracts after signing them and working to develop the volume of operations and increase revenue. - Continuously searching for new contracts and operational opportunities. Requirements: - Proven experience in bringing in contracts for parcels, delivery, and logistics companies. - Having direct and strong relationships with shipping and parcels companies or delivery applications. - Experience in recruiting and operating delivery representatives. - Ability to reach decision-makers, negotiate, and close contracts. - Experience in following up and operating contracts after contracting. - Good knowledge of the delivery and logistics services market in the Kingdom. - Ability to take responsibility for achieving commercial and operational results.
