Worker Responsibilities: - Receiving and serving customers. - Arranging and preparing fresh flower orders. - Maintaining the shop and its equipment. - Monitoring inventory and needs. - Managing daily sales and customer care. Partnership System: The worker receives 50% of the net profits, and the shop receives 50% of the net profits.
