The buyer stamps the FCO, fills in his data, stamps and signs, and returns the FCO to the seller. The seller issues the commercial invoice, and the buyer pays it within twenty working days. The buyer opens a revolving LC of 5% within the period of the commercial invoice, as it is refundable before the end of the period. Upon issuance of the LC, the draft is sent to the seller's bank. The seller sets a deadline for the buyer, and the buyer must bring the MT705 and the financial estimate for inspection. After inspection, the final contract is signed, the LC for fifty thousand tons is disbursed, and the buyer receives the warehouse keys and begins transporting the iron to his warehouses. The seller prepares the second stage and so on until the contract is completed.
