Experience and Skills: Execution and management of civil and construction works from start to finish. Supervision of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, and architectural works. Review of engineering drawings and follow-up of on-site execution. Quantity surveying, preparation of payment certificates, and follow-up of executed works. Receiving and inspecting construction works and ensuring compliance with specifications. Experience in maintenance, defect and crack treatment, and concrete repair. Follow-up of finishing works and coordination between different disciplines. Preparation of daily reports and follow-up of progress rates. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and engineering analysis and design software.
