Bred ewes One is a mature 'shib' (a term for a ewe in her third year, having lambed twice) and one is a 'thalb' (a term for a ewe in her second year, having lambed once). The udders are healthy. Under them are two lambs: one is two and a half months old, daughter of the 'thalb', and the second is around one month old.
