📢 Job Announcement | Civil Engineer An engineering company announces a vacancy for a Civil Engineer to join the team, according to the following requirements: 🏗 Job Title Civil Engineer 📌 Requirements and Experience: * Previous experience in engineering offices and engineering consultancy. * Preferably has previous experience in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and knowledge of the procedures and requirements of the Secretariat of the Holy Capital. * Proficiency in dealing with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and related municipal and regulatory requirements. * Ability to study projects, understand client requirements, and translate them into practical engineering solutions. * Ability to prepare and develop structural and civil plans according to the approved code and requirements. * Proficiency in preparing structural designs and calculations for buildings and facilities. * Good knowledge of designing structural elements such as foundations, tie beams, columns, beams, slabs, and roofs. * Proficiency in using AutoCAD professionally and preparing executive and detailed plans. * Proficiency in using Revit Structure or one of the structural modeling software. * Proficiency in one or more structural analysis and design software such as: ETABS / SAFE / SAP2000 / STAAD.Pro or equivalent. * Ability to review structural plans and ensure their compliance with architectural plans. * Ability to prepare and review quantity take-offs, technical specifications for civil and structural works. * Good knowledge of quantity surveying, pricing, statements, and reviewing executed works. * Ability to review engineering plans and reports and identify conflicts and technical notes. * Experience in submitting and uploading engineering transactions electronically through related systems and platforms. * Ability to follow up on engineering transactions until all comments are addressed and required procedures are completed. * Ability to conduct field visits and follow up on structural works when needed. * Good communication skills with clients, contractors, and consultants, and understanding technical requirements. * Ability to work in a team, handle work pressure, and meet deadlines. 🎓 Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers. * Practical experience in engineering offices and engineering consultancy. ⭐ Preferably: Those with actual experience in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, good knowledge of the procedures and requirements of the Secretariat of the Holy Capital and the electronic platforms related to licenses and engineering transactions, in addition to experience in preparing structural designs and calculations for residential and commercial buildings. 📍 Work Location: Makkah Al-Mukarramah 📩 To Apply: Please send your CV + samples of previous work and projects, specifying years of experience and engineering software proficiency via
