Today, I brought a technician to mount it on the wall, and I think he used screws that were not the right size for the screen. He tightened them, and then the screen went dark when I turned it on, and it has lines on it. From my research on the topic, it turns out that if the screw size is changed from the required size, it damages the screen from the inside. I contacted the agent, and they said they can fix it in Jeddah, and it's a simple matter. I've given up on it and don't have the energy to take it to Jeddah and fix it.
