Conditions for marriage financing from the Social Development Bank: • The applicant must be a Saudi national. • The applicant's age must be between 18 and 70 years. • The total monthly income must not exceed 14,500 SAR. • It must be the first marriage, with the exception of those whose only wife has passed away. • Submission of the electronic marriage contract after its completion. • The marriage contract duration must not exceed two years from the date of application. • The applicant must not have previously benefited from the family financing product.
