Required Tasks: * Searching for new projects and contracts in the finishing and decoration sector (residential / commercial). * Studying plans, preparing quantities, and accurately pricing projects. * Full field supervision of execution and directing labor and subcontractors to ensure quality. Conditions: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural / Interior Design). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the contracting and finishing market within Riyadh. * Valid transferable residency immediately with membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers. * Possession of a car and a valid driver's license. * High skill in negotiation, persuasion, and building professional relationships.
