Operational planning for workflows and production stages within poultry slaughterhouse halls. Supervising the installation and equipping of automated (Full Automation) and semi-automated chicken slaughtering and processing lines. Following up on the preparation of chicken waste recycling units (Rendering Plant), treatment stations, and incinerators. 🔹 Operation of Chicken Slaughterhouses and Production: Operating poultry slaughterhouse production lines with high capacities (6000+ birds/hour). Adjusting cooling and blast freezing chains and storing chilled and frozen chicken products according to FIFO standards. Quality control and reduction of operational loss and waste in poultry slaughterhouses by up to 15%. Leading and organizing work teams and labor, and following up on veterinary inspection in the chicken slaughterhouse. 🔹 Certifications, Quality, and Food Safety: Certified HACCP Internal Auditor. Project Management Professional (PMP). Food Safety Management Systems (FMS) and ISO 22000 standards. Biosecurity Certificate from Cobb Academy. Expert in Infection Control and Occupational Safety (OSHA). Full compliance with the requirements of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and municipalities regarding slaughterhouses and poultry projects. 🔹 Data and Availability: Legal Status: Valid and immediately transferable Iqama through the Qiwa platform.
