The position reports directly to the owner and is responsible for organizing operations, ensuring the quality of products and services, improving team efficiency, controlling expenses and inventory, and contributing to sales growth and business development. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the two branches and ensure their readiness and quality of work. • Manage employees, prepare schedules, assign tasks, and monitor attendance, performance, and training. • Follow up on customer orders from approval to preparation and timely delivery. • Monitor customer service quality and professionally handle complaints and feedback. • Organize delivery processes and coordinate with drivers and representatives. • Manage the procurement of raw materials, flowers, packaging, and operational supplies. • Deal with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure the availability of required materials. • Monitor inventory, stocktaking, waste, damages, and product costs. • Review point-of-sale closings, invoices, sales, and operational expenses. • Oversee marketing campaigns, collaborate with influencers, product photography, and promotional offers. • Contribute to the development, pricing, and launch of new products. • Organize and follow up on events and special arrangements. • Monitor the maintenance of shops, equipment, facilities, and other operational needs. • Prepare periodic reports on sales, inventory, expenses, employee performance, and improvement opportunities. • Provide practical suggestions for increasing sales, improving profitability, and supporting future expansion. Nature of Work: Full-time at the work location in Yanbu city according to an operational schedule. Skills: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the sweets, food and beverage, retail, or flower and events sectors. • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role and managing work teams. • High skill in planning, organizing, task delegation, and performance monitoring. • Experience in procurement, dealing with suppliers, and negotiating prices. • Good knowledge of inventory management, stocktaking, cost control, and waste reduction. • Ability to manage orders, customer service, and problem/complaint resolution. • Good understanding of sales, marketing, promotional offers, and product development. • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Excel, and report preparation. • Proficiency in Arabic, with a good level of English. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions and work under pressure. • Honesty, discipline, attention to detail, and ability to work in the field. • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel between branches, suppliers, and event locations. • Preference for candidates residing within the Kingdom, with a transferable residency.
