Key areas of expertise and services I offer: Preparation and drafting of judicial memos: Writing defense memos, briefs, and appeal applications (appeal and petition) before commercial, labor, general, and criminal courts. Drafting memos before quasi-judicial committees (insurance, banking, and securities disputes). Drafting contracts and compliance: Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and construction contracts (FIDIC). Drafting terms and conditions, escrow agreements, and compliance with digital platforms and personal data protection (PDPL). Claims and debt collection: Preparing friendly and official demand letters and refuting financial obligations and calculating dues.
