I have experience in accounting, following up on accounts, and projects. Key Responsibilities and Experience: • Recording and reviewing accounting documents (invoices – receipts – purchase orders) and linking them to the correct cost item. • Receiving and reviewing petty cash expenses sent to project sites daily/weekly. • Reviewing site expenses and ensuring they match the disbursed petty cash expenses. • Following up on open petty cash balances and working to close them on time. • Preparing periodic reports on petty cash movement for each site. • Following up on project revenues and expenses and preparing financial reports for each project. - Experience with Oracle and Odoo systems. - Previously worked for a holding company, one of the largest contracting companies in the Kingdom, and worked on projects in the Two Holy Mosques and others. - Working knowledge of Value Added Tax (VAT) and tax returns. - Familiarity with contracts, statements of account, calculating advance payments, and performance guarantees. Currently residing in Jeddah.
