🚨 Professional Accountant Required – Practical Experience in Accounting, Systems, and Automation We are looking for a professional accountant with strong practical experience to work within an operational company. The candidate must have an advanced understanding of accounting, data management, and accounting systems, not just experience in entering entries. Required Experience: * Strong experience in the complete accounting cycle, from documents to financial statements. * Advanced experience in Excel and preparing, organizing, and reviewing accounting worksheets. * Ability to reconcile and match cash, banks, accounts, expenses, and revenues. * Experience in performing accounting reconciliations and adjustments, identifying discrepancies, and addressing their causes. * Experience in preparing and reviewing financial and management reports. * Strong experience in cost accounting and profit/loss analysis. * Ability to analyze operational data and link it to accounting data. * Experience in designing and organizing the document cycle and financial procedures. * Experience in using and developing accounting systems. * Ability to identify system needs and translate accounting procedures into clear requirements for programmers. * Experience in managing and following up with programmers during the development of accounting systems. * Ability to review and test system developments and ensure they comply with correct accounting treatment. * Experience in automating accounting and financial processes and reducing manual work. * Understanding how to link operational processes to the accounting system. * Ability to establish a clear mechanism for control, audit, and authorizations. * Ability to identify financial errors, discrepancies, and losses and analyze their causes. * Ability to build procedures that prevent the recurrence of errors after they are identified. * Experience with databases and electronic systems is a strong advantage. * Experience in PHP or a good understanding of programming and dealing with PHP programmers is a significant requirement.
