This count excludes the male palm trees, and the male trees we have are always increasing.
Most of the trees are Al-Khallas, followed by Al-Naboot.

The palm trees are available for annual rent.
(Payment is in two installments: one upon signing the contract, and the second upon the auction or 6 months after signing the contract.)

The tenant is responsible for cleanliness, caring for the palm trees, and watering.
The water bill for the submersible pump will have a separate meter, and payment will be monthly.
The lessor is not responsible for anything.
