It comes with 2 plugs: a two-pin and a three-pin, whichever is suitable for you. I thought it cut printed stickers on adhesive paper, but I discovered it's more specialized for crafts; it cuts shapes on various materials and writes on them, and it performs this purpose excellently. Note: The cutting mat was wiped with alcohol, which caused a slight discoloration on its surface, as shown in the picture.
