Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering Documented experience in surveying work of no less than 3 years The applicant must be a surveying engineer, not a surveying technician or a diploma holder The applicant must currently reside in the city of Riyadh, and this is a fundamental requirement for the job Valid membership and appropriate professional classification with the Saudi Council of Engineers Familiarity with the Balady platform and procedures for issuing surveying decisions Practical experience in surveying, preparing maps and surveying reports Familiarity with all surveying work provided by engineering offices, including surveying decisions, surveying land and real estate, marking boundaries, preparing sketches, and dealing with municipalities and secretariats. Proficiency in using surveying equipment and related engineering software Readiness to register with Social Insurance for the establishment For non-Saudis, a valid residency permit that is transferable is required.
