Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 3 years of experience in executing construction projects. • Field experience in concrete works, structural framework, and finishes. • Ability to read and review structural and architectural plans. • Supervising contractors, labor, and site work. • Quantity surveying and reviewing executed works. • Quality control and ensuring works comply with plans and specifications. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs. • Previous experience in villas, residential, and commercial buildings projects is preferred. • Must be located in Dammam / Eastern Province or willing to relocate.
