A small weaned budgie with cage and incubator. The reason for selling is that I'm allergic to it. The bird cannot fly, I don't know the reason, and it doesn't like to leave the cage much. I think it's going through a certain stage in its life, but it's healthy, God willing. The price is negotiable.
