Peace be upon you. I am offering an original, dealership-grade AC compressor for a Pathfinder 2010. It works perfectly, cooling like ice, ماشاءالله (masha'Allah - what God has willed). There are no issues with it. The only defect is with the clutch, which is detached (shown in pictures). It can be fitted and will work, but it's not guaranteed. It needs a clutch, which costs 150 SAR for a used one. The compressor itself is sound, guaranteed. - The electrical dynamo is Japanese, working and charging, with no noise or issues, as you can see in the pictures of its cleanliness. The issue I had with it was when my car's side lights would flicker when the AC was on. I went to several electricians, and each gave a different diagnosis: some said a relay, others said brushes.
