NZC Engineering Consulting Company is looking for an engineer to work, with practical experience and advanced understanding of the Balady Platform for Works and its associated requirements and procedures. Requirements and Experience: * Strong practical experience in the Balady Platform and construction permit works. * Detailed knowledge of Balady Platform requirements and regulations, and procedures for submitting and following up on applications. * Experience in issuing and renewing construction permits and dealing with technical comments and requirements. * Experience in sorting and merging lands and preparing and reviewing subdivision plans. * Knowledge of building requirements and related municipal regulations. * Ability to follow up on transactions and communicate with relevant authorities until the procedures are completed. * Previous experience in an engineering consulting office is preferred. * Valid professional classification from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
