Tame Ringneck parrot, 10 months old, very tame and trained for indoor free-flight. I am training him for outdoor free-flight and he is starting to talk. His feathers are complete and clean. I take care of him and vary his food. Please do not lowball. His name is Cookie and he is very tame, but he is a bit stubborn due to his teenage phase. Bids are only accepted from 600 and above.
