Ad Type: Looking for a job Experience Level: intermediate Contract Type: Full-time Qualification: Bachelor Civil engineer specializing in the execution and management of tower and multi-story building projects, with field experience in supervising and following up on various project stages, starting from earthworks, foundations, and excavation, through the structural works of the concrete structure, steel, post-tensioning, columns, walls, beams, and slabs, insulation works, to architectural and finishing works. I have experience in following up on building and facade works, aluminum and glass, cladding, marble and porcelain, paints, doors and wood, ceiling and partition works, in addition to electromechanical (MEP) works including plumbing, fire fighting, air conditioning and ventilation, electricity, alarm and fire systems, elevators, ventilation and car park fans, and low-current systems works. I possess experience in site management and direct coordination with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, following up on executive plans and shop drawings, quantity surveying and material requests, reviewing specifications and approvals, following up on quality and QA/QC, identifying and addressing technical observations and violations, in addition to following up on the schedule and completion rates and removing obstacles to ensure the project proceeds according to the approved plan. I also have experience in handover and inspection works, following up on civil defense and safety requirements, coordinating between all disciplines on site, managing priorities and solving technical problems, while ensuring that works are carried out according to the approved plans, specifications, and codes, and achieving the highest levels of quality, safety, and efficiency in tower projects.
