Accountant wanted for restaurant branches – previous experience is a must An accountant with strong experience in the restaurant sector is required, with the ability to manage and follow up on branch accounts and prepare accurate financial and administrative reports. Basic requirements and experience: • Previous and good experience in restaurant and branch accounts and managing the accounting team. • Proficiency in using (Foodics) software. • Experience in dealing with delivery applications, reviewing sales, commissions, reconciliations, and amounts due. • Experience in preparing periodic financial and administrative reports for management. • Preparing and reviewing the Profit & Loss statement and analyzing revenues, expenses, and profitability. • Preparing and monitoring Cash Flow and liquidity. • Experience in monthly and annual closings and final accounts. • Performing bank reconciliations, account matching, and reviewing accounting entries. • Following up on supplier and customer accounts, balances, and dues. • Monitoring daily sales, expenses, petty cash, cash on hand, and bank balances and reconciling them. • Experience in restaurant costing, inventory, stocktaking, and monitoring material costs, waste, and discrepancies. • Ability to analyze the financial results of branches and compare sales, costs, expenses, and profitability. • Accuracy, commitment, ability to bear responsibility, and ability to work independently.
