The buffet is for rent at a very reasonable and very easy price. .4000 riyals per month only, with equipment, shop, rent, and commercial registration. A partnership contract. A very reasonable and easy price (does not include water, electricity, or housing). The price is very reasonable, only for Saudis, only for Saudis. Foreigners, I apologize for contacting them. Please, only Saudis should contact. And please, the price is non-negotiable, and do not disturb. For rent, VIP buffet, very, very reasonable price with all equipment. 4000 riyals. Location: Yanbu Al-Bahr. Type "Habq and Jabal Buffet" on Google. .For Saudis only, rent only. Buffet location: Yanbu Al-Bahr, J16, Security Patrols Road, Abu Auf Mosque, Al-Jami'a neighborhood. A new VIP buffet, completely renovated, operated for about a year and a half. Reason for renting the buffet and not dedicating time to it: frequent travel. VIP televisions, Netflix, etc., split air conditioner. Electronic fans. For outside Yanbu and outside Saudi Arabia. And my lack of dedication to it. Note that the previous income of the buffet exceeded 40,000 riyals per month with Indian workers. Then the Indians were removed and Yemeni workers were brought in, but unfortunately. The income became 16,000 and 14,000. They lacked discipline at work, opened late, closed as they pleased, exploited my absence, invited their friends daily at my expense, and distributed for free to people. They were removed, and the buffet was closed due to repeated theft of money and their lack of discipline. Everyone was removed. The buffet cost me over 160,000 riyals. The monthly rent is 4000 riyals, absolutely non-negotiable, and do not disturb. For Saudis only, only, only. Now, the minimum rent period is 6 months, and 6 full months' rent must be paid in advance. Please, the limit is clear, payment in advance, and please do not disturb. The VIP buffet is the most luxurious buffet in Yanbu.
