Field Supervisor (Contracting Projects) - Responsibilities: Direct supervision of structural, finishing, renovation, and landscaping projects. Monitoring the quality of execution in plumbing, insulation, and decoration works. Directing workers and technicians on-site and resolving field challenges to ensure timely delivery. - Requirements: Complete understanding of execution stages and building materials, leadership skills for site management, high accuracy and responsibility, and a valid driver's license. 2. Customer Service Representative - Responsibilities: Receiving customers and responding to their inquiries about construction and real estate services, following up on their requirements with the engineering and field departments, and building positive and sustainable relationships that reflect the company's values. - Requirements: Excellent communication and listening skills, politeness in speech, professionalism in dealing with customers, and proficiency in using computer programs. 3. Advertising and Marketing Officer - Responsibilities: Managing and developing digital advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads and Google Maps), targeting customers in the local area, and highlighting the quality of the company's work through innovative marketing content. - Requirements: Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, good understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to analyze and develop advertising results.
