Following up on hall preparation before, during, and after the event and ensuring the quality of services provided. Dealing with clients and resolving issues and feedback quickly and professionally. Monitoring revenues, expenses, and collections, and preparing booking reports. Maintaining a high level of organization, cleanliness, and service quality.
