The buffet is for rent at a very reasonable and very easy price. 3000 monthly only, including equipment, the shop, rent, and commercial registration. Partnership contract. Very reasonable and easy price (does not include water, electricity, or housing). The price is very reasonable and only for Saudis, only for Saudis. Foreigners, I apologize for them contacting me. Please, only Saudis should contact. And please, the price is non-negotiable, and no disturbances. For rent, a VIP buffet, very reasonable price with all equipment. 3000 Location: Yanbu Al Bahr. Type "Buffet Hubb and Jabal" on Google. For Saudis only, rent only. The buffet's location is Yanbu Al Bahr, J 16, Security Patrols Road, Abu Ouf Mosque, Al Jami'a neighborhood. A new VIP buffet, completely renovated, operated for about a year and a half. Reason for renting the buffet and not dedicating time to it: frequent travel. VIP televisions, Netflix, and others, split air conditioner. Electronic fans. For those outside Yanbu and outside Saudi Arabia. And my lack of dedication to it. Note that the previous buffet's income exceeded 40,000 riyals monthly with Indian workers. Then the Indians were let go and Yemeni workers were brought in, but unfortunately, the income became 16,000 and 14,000. They lacked discipline at work, opened late, closed at their whim, exploited my absence, and it was as if they were hosting their friends daily at my expense and giving away freebies to people. They were let go, and the buffet was closed due to repeated theft of money and their lack of discipline. Everyone was let go. The buffet cost me over 160,000 riyals. The monthly rent is 3000, absolutely non-negotiable, and no disturbances. For Saudis only, only, only. Now, the minimum rent period is 6 months, and payment for 6 full months in advance. And please, the limit is clear, payment in advance, and please do not disturb. The VIP buffet is the most luxurious buffet in Yanbu.
