Tasks and Responsibilities: * Manage daily accounts and review all financial transactions. * Follow up on revenues, expenses, purchases, and supplier accounts. * Monitor inventory, food costs, and waste. * Prepare profit and loss reports for each branch independently. * Analyze the financial performance of branches and identify the reasons for increased costs and decreased profitability. * Prepare daily and monthly financial reports and submit them to management. * Monitor cash flows, bank reconciliations, and tax obligations. * Develop financial control systems and ensure the accuracy of accounting data. Qualifications and Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * Strong practical experience in financial accounting and cost accounting. * Previous experience in the restaurants and cafes sector, preferably managing accounts for multiple branches. * Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. * Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports. * High accuracy, integrity, ability to bear responsibility, and ability to work independently.
