Article Four: Non-liability of Assignor for Costs Both parties acknowledge that the Assignor is not responsible for any costs, expenses, fees, or charges arising after the date of this assignment, whether related to following up on the enforcement file, seizure, sale, disputes, or any other procedures. The Assignee shall bear all such costs and expenses alone, and shall not have the right to recourse against the Assignor for any amount or claim in respect thereof. Article Five: Non-liability of Assignor for Errors and Violations The Assignee acknowledges that the Assignor is not responsible for any errors, violations, negligence, or procedures, prior or subsequent, related to the enforcement file, the judgment, or the enforced party. The Assignee shall bear full responsibility for following up on the file and its procedures after the date of this assignment, without any recourse against the Assignor. Article Six: Declarations The Assignor declares that the assigned right is existing, valid, and not disputed by him, and that he has not previously assigned it or transferred it to another person, and that it is free from any pledge, seizure, or restriction preventing its assignment. Article Seven: General Provisions 1. The provisions of the Civil Transactions Law and the Enforcement Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall apply to this contract. 2.
