Tasks and Responsibilities:
✅ Managing the workshop, organizing work, and supervising workers and technicians.
✅ Distributing tasks and following up on workflow and daily production.
✅ Experience in manufacturing and executing various types of advertising signs.
✅ Experience in printing and preparing stickers, banners, and vinyl.
✅ Full knowledge of printing and cutting machines and their operation.
✅ Familiarity with advertising materials and methods of manufacturing and installation.
✅ Ability to perform technical work and execute tasks personally when needed.
✅ Monitoring production quality and adhering to delivery deadlines.
✅ Solving technical problems and reducing material waste.
Required Conditions:
🔹 Minimum of 5 years of experience in the advertising field.
🔹 Previous experience in managing workshops and production teams.
🔹 Must be technically and administratively proficient, not just an administrative supervisor.
