Peace be upon you. Gum like Jawliner but from another company, same hardness. I used it only three pieces and have 37 pieces left. I bought it on offer for 85﷼ and I'm selling it for 70﷼ (FYI). The gum lasts with you for a month and a week, one piece every day only. For chewing, use each side, right and left, for only 5 minutes. Don't let one side chew alone.
