Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. I have an iPhone that has never been opened and has no issues. iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB. Battery health: 77%. Notes: Cracked back screen. Also, the charging port charges and everything works perfectly with no issues at all. However, the charger cable doesn't hold firmly. I don't know if the charging port needs cleaning. There are also very minor scratches on the front screen, which are not noticeable unless the screen is off, and even then, they are barely visible. Even though I took extreme care of it, the crack happened while a screen protector was on, and I have never used it without a screen protector since I bought it.
