Executive General Supervisor (Architectural and Structural) • Certified and registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers • Excellent and extensive experience in managing and executing buildings and projects in the Kingdom. Key Experiences and Skills: • Execution of Metal Structures: Excellent experience in supervising and executing metal buildings (IPE columns and beams), counterweights, and receiving bolts and welds according to technical drawings. • Construction and Finishes: Execution and receipt of all concrete and structural works, and interior and exterior finishes from shell to final delivery. • Infrastructure and Water Networks: Extensive experience in executing and supervising water and sewage networks, rainwater drainage lines, flood risk mitigation, excavation, backfilling, and main line laying according to approved specifications. • Site and Operations Management: Professional site management, contracting with subcontractors, requesting and offering prices, and controlling costs and timelines. • Team Management and Quality Control: Efficiently managing multiple work teams, and delivering to the consultant and relevant authorities according to technical specifications and with the highest quality. 📍 Location: Jeddah / Makkah Al-Mukarramah Mobile No. / ( Phone number appears when clicking the contact button )
