A part-time Civil Engineer is required. Must have practical experience in the technical inspection of all reinforcement works in a residential villas project, in Riyadh city. The work should include the following: 1- Inspecting all executed works without relying on samples, and ensuring their conformity with the approved structural plans or the technical specifications of the contract agreed upon between the parties. 2- Preparing written technical inspection reports detailing the inspected works and their conformity with the plans. 3- Preparing a list of observations that appear during the inspection. 4- Attaching clear documentary photos of the inspected works, linked to their locations and relevant structural elements. 5- Accuracy and professionalism in inspection and documentation are required.
