A part-time Civil Engineer is required with practical experience in the technical handover of all reinforcement works in a residential villa project in Riyadh city, according to the following requirements: 1. Inspect all executed works without relying on samples, and ensure their compliance with the approved structural drawings and the technical specifications listed in the contract. 2. Prepare a written technical handover report detailing the inspected works and their compliance with the drawings and technical specifications. 3. Prepare a list of observations that appear during the inspection. 4. Attach clear documentary photos of the handed-over works, linked to their locations and relevant structural elements.
