Must have practical experience in the technical inspection of all reinforcement works in a residential villa project in Riyadh. The work should include the following: 1- Inspecting all executed works, not just a sample, and ensuring their compliance with the approved structural drawings and the technical specifications of the contract agreed upon by both parties. 2- Preparing written technical inspection reports detailing the inspected works and their compliance with the drawings. 3- Preparing a list of observations that appear during the inspection. 4- Attaching clear documentary photos of the inspected works, linked to their locations and relevant structural elements. 5- Accuracy and professionalism in inspection and documentation are required.
