Original rock breaking powder: Usage method: 1_ Drilling: Drill holes in the rock. The diameter of the hole and the distance between holes depend on the type of rock and whether the goal is to cut or break and demolish it. As usual, the distance between holes should be about 15 to 20 cm for very hard rocks, while it is about 20 to 30 cm for soft rocks. The diameter of the drilled hole is usually about 32 to 50 mm. The depth of the drilled hole is about 20 to 1200 cm. 2_ Mixing: The weight ratio of the material to be mixed with cold water is 3 to 10. This means 2 bags of the powder material (10 kg) are mixed with 3 liters of cold water. Cold water should be poured into the bucket first, then the powder is poured over it. At the same time, stir the water with the powder until it is well mixed and does not harden or clump. 3_ Pouring: Clean the drilled holes thoroughly using compressed air or any other method before pouring and filling the holes with the well-mixed material. The material should be poured into the holes within 5 minutes of mixing the powder with cold water (before the material becomes hot due to its chemical reaction with water). Note that the total time to complete the pouring process into the drilled holes should not exceed 20 minutes. Pouring is done using an injector. 4_ Cracking and Breaking: The rock or concrete will crack or break according to the initial drilling process within 2 to 6 hours after pouring the material into the holes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to cut a part of the rock or split the rock in half, at least one side of the rock must be free to move for the process to be completed successfully. IMPORTANT WARNINGS: A_ Wear safety glasses, a respirator mask, and rubber gloves during the process. B_ The material mixture must be poured into clean holes within 5 minutes of mixing with water, before the material reacts and heats up. Please do not pour the material if it reaches a high temperature. C_ To protect your eyes and body from the material, do not bring your eyes, nose, or body close to the holes where the material has been poured for at least two hours. D_ In case your eyes are exposed to the material, do not rub them. Wash them immediately with cold water and consult a doctor. Similarly, if your skin is exposed to the material, wash it with water immediately.
