For enthusiasts of classic video equipment and tech collectibles, I am offering for sale a JVC CV-5001 color video camera set, complete with its viewfinder, lens, power adapter, tripod, cables, and original accessory manuals. The camera and viewfinder have been tested and confirmed to be in excellent working condition. The cosmetic condition is clean, as shown in the photos. History and Value of the Set The camera belongs to the era of portable video equipment in the late 1970s, when the camera was separate from the recording unit. The Science Museum Group's collection includes a set featuring a camera of the same model, CV-5001, and a viewfinder, CV-F503PAL, dated 1979–1980. This dating refers to the museum's set and not the specific manufacturing year of the item being offered. What's Included: • JVC CV-5001 color video camera. • Original JVC CV-F503PAL electronic viewfinder. • Zoom lens with front lens cap. • JVC CV-AC222 power adapter. • Connection cables. • Tripod ('stand'). • Original manuals for the viewfinder, lens, and power adapter. What Makes It Special? • The camera and viewfinder have been tested and are in excellent working order. • This is a complete set including operating accessories, not just the camera body. • Original accessory manuals are included with the items. • Distinctive classic design, suitable for collection and display with old televisions and VCRs. • Inspection and operational testing are available upon receipt. Note: The camera does not record internally and requires an external recording device to save footage. A VCR is not included in the sale. Price and Delivery Asking Price: 2,300 SAR, reasonably negotiable after inspection. Location: Tabuk. Hand delivery is preferred to preserve the set, with opportunities for inspection and operational testing. The sale is for the complete set.
